Refund Policy

At Shryxellthomreon, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund and the process for requesting one. This policy is consistent with your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You purchased a product or service and the product or service does not match its description
  • The product or service was not of acceptable quality
  • A technical error on our part resulted in a duplicate charge or incorrect billing
  • Your request is made within the applicable timeframe set out below

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after a digital product has been accessed or downloaded
  • Failure to use a purchased product or service within the validity period
  • Issues arising from equipment, software, or internet connections that are not within our control

3. Refund Timeframes

One-time program purchases 14 days from purchase Program must not have been fully accessed

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at connect@shryxellthomreon.world with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used at the time of purchase
  • Your order or transaction reference number
  • The product or service purchased
  • The reason for your refund request

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to provide a decision within 5 business days of receiving all required information.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for credit or debit card refunds to appear on your statement
  • Up to 10 business days for bank transfers

Shryxellthomreon is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where those Acts apply, your statutory rights take precedence over the provisions of this policy.
